(1) The cash accumulated by the prisoners or detainees in the prison or the cash earned by working in the factory may be stolen when kept inside the prison, and the income can be spent in the bond account of the prison office in accordance with the prevailing Nepal law, and the prisoner or the detainee can be used to keep the bond. A formal receipt of the deposit where the deposit is to be given.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the jailer in the following prisons may keep the balance of rupees from the prisoner or detainee in the account of the office up to the following rupees. More than that should be deposited in the nearest bank or goods guarantee account.
(a) Central Jail Rs. 1000.-
(b) Birganj ………… Jail Rs. 500.-
(c) Biratnagar……… Jail Rs. 500.-
(d) Palpa ………… Jail Rs. 500.-
(e) to every other prison Rs. 100.-
